Important COVID-19 Update
As you know, the COVID-19 virus outbreak, also known as the coronavirus, has had a tremendous impact in our region. The Partnership has been in touch with physicians and nurses with infectious disease training and public health specialists to ensure that we are taking proper measures to protect the health and safety of the public and our employees.
We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) recommendations. Social distancing protocols, including limiting personal contact and canceling large events, are being advised as the best practices to promote public safety. We have transitioned all of our events and meetings to virtual activities for the foreseeable future.
We remain committed to supporting the thousands of women and families who rely on our organization for guidance and resources each year. Our work, though conducted through modified arrangements, will continue. Our family support and home visitation programs are operational and accepting referrals. Learn more about how you can get connected. Our Family Success Centers in Irvington and Dover are temporarily closed, but our services to those communities are also accessible by contacting our offices by phone and email.
During this health crisis, it is essential to get your news from trusted sources. Please consult the New Jersey Department of Health website or the official NJDOH twitter feed for continuous updates and tips to avoid contracting or spreading the virus. Visit Nurture NJ COVID-19 Programs and Resources for additional information on how to ensure a safe and healthy birth during COVID-19. Please do not hesitate to send us your questions. We will do our best to respond or direct you to an appropriate source.
